Ingredients
  • 1 cup (230 g) all purpose flour
  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk
  • ½ tsp (2.5 g) salt
  • 3 tsp (15 g) baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) oil
  • 1 egg
  • butter
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Let batter sit for about 10 minutes
  3. Ladle the batter on a hot griddle (350 F - 185 C)) or skillet greased with a little bit of butter
  4. Flip pancake when batter starts to bubble, but before the underside is too brown
  5. Cook until remaining side is also golden
  6. Repeat until all the batter is used
  7. Serve immediately with syrup or whipping cream and fresh fruit
