Peel the potatoes (about 3) and the carrots (1 or 2), cut in pieces and cook them in salted water until very tender. Drain, mash with a fork and set aside to cool;
In a bowl, place the ground beef and season it with the onion soup, the ground pepper and the spring onions. Blend well;
Add the cool mashed vegetables and mix everything well with your hands;
Mold the patties and fry them on a large skillet over medium heat;
Serve them on buns or on a plate with a side of salad, or a classic potato salad recipe (soon to come).
